Tweak Health was started by Founder, Susanna Tan in 2018 to offer a holistic approach to evidence-based treatment in physiotherapy, remedial massage, Pilates, and Naturopathy.

We believe that good health is more than just treating the physical body.  Our holistic approach encompasses the whole person including emotional, mental, and social factors that impact recovery.

Our focus is to help our clients get back on track as soon as possible.  We are committed to helping patients regain mobility and function, to perform at their best.

Tweak.Health is an integrative team of dedicated health professionals that doesn’t have your traditional sterile clinic feel. We have created an environment that makes our practitioners and patients feel relaxed and right at home from the minute you walk in.

Our ultimate goal is to make health and wellness convenient and accessible to the wider community and to provide unique and rewarding opportunities for health professionals to work together as a collective.

Our founder, Susanna believes that Physiotherapy care is a small part of a multitude of other activities to lead a healthier lifestyle. To achieve this, we need to look at healthcare holistically.
