Tweak Health Square Pilates Physio Naturopathy

Our Vision and Culture

Tweak.Health is an integrative team of health professionals that isn’t your traditional sterile clinic feel. We’ve created an environment that makes our practitioners and patients feel relaxed and right at home from the minute you walk in.

Our ultimate goal is to make health and wellness convenient and accessible to the wider community and to provide unique and rewarding opportunities for health professionals to work together as a collective.

Our founder, Susanna, believes that Physiotherapy care is a small part of a multitude of other activities to lead a healthier lifestyle. To achieve this, we need to look at healthcare holistically.

This is why we have built a team of  PhysiosPilates Instructors, and Naturopaths to help our clients overcome their health obstacles. We are also looking to expand our services to include counseling and psychology, massage therapy, and dietetics.

Our focus is to help our patients back on track as soon as possible. We’re committed to help patients regain mobility and function to perform their best.

We offer a unique experience at each clinic by taking out the typical sterile clinical feel. Instead, we’ve created an environment that makes you feel relaxed and right at home from the minute you walk in.

Our ultimate goal is to make health and wellness convenient and accessible to the wider community, and to provide unique and rewarding opportunities for health professionals to work together as a collective.

Jenny
Pilates Director, Trainer & Mentor to Pilates Educators

Meet Jenny Kim, Owner of Body Alignment Pilates and Tweak Health x Pilates By Jenny’s director and Clinical Pilates & Fitness Pilates Coach. With a background in B. Health Sciences, Jenny is passionate in helping others stay healthy and find their joy through Pilates. Jenny focuses on balancing the body to be aligned, strong, and flexible. Jenny is also proudly filiated with Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute.

Pilates is life and I believe everyone can benefit from doing Pilates. Pilates is a safe and effective exercise system which aims to strengthen the body in a balanced way by specifically improving the function of the weaker muscles which means the method is great for everyone whether they are young, old, male, female, have never trained before or are a professional athlete.
I have a desire to empower my students to have an active lifestyle to maintain their physical and mental health through Pilates. Because keeping fit and healthy is extremely important to me, it’s a natural reaction for me to promote these principles to everyone I come across. I enjoy meeting people from all walks of life, and love working with a diverse range of people, no matter what their fitness background is. I embrace the diversity and believe that there is no set formula that is applicable to everyone. Hence, I am flexible with my techniques and work closely with each of my clients, and journey with them through their individual fitness experience.
Many of my clients started coming to Pilates to help fix their lower back pain. As I worked with them on their issue and when their initial pain is gone, their goals then changed towards exercises that target their core strength and overall fitness. I’m always thrilled to see great results, and of course, very encouraged that I am able to keep my clients motivated in maintaining their fitness through Pilates.

1:1 and Duet Pilates sessions available at both Perth Clinics.
