What To Expect At Your First Session?
Attending for the first time may feel a little intimidating. However, trust us, this feeling will disappear as soon as you meet our warm, friendly Physios!
During your first session, your Physio will conduct an initial posture assessment and create an individualised program to suit your needs. Moreover, our Physio’s will guide you on how to safely use our Pilates Reformer machines.
Additionally, offering both individual and couples classes ensures a more intimate setting. Consequently, this allows you to gain deeper understanding and awareness of your body, its capabilities and limitations, and the exercises you will perform.
