Susanna has been a qualified physiotherapist for well over 10 years.
She is deeply committed to enhancing health and wellness in regional communities. Susanna is driven by her passion for helping individuals achieve transformation and long-lasting recovery from injuries.
Susanna uses effective hands-on techniques, including dry needling and exercise rehabilitation, to help individuals of all ages.
Susanna has also trained in Voice Physio, Women’s Health Physio, and Clinical Pilates, highlighting her dedication to comprehensive care
What’s more, she is a certified Resilience Coach, a qualification that perfectly complements her holistic approach to patient care. In fact, by integrating these diverse skills, she enhances her ability to support clients in achieving their health goals.
Furthermore, she particularly enjoys treating conditions related to the neck, back, headaches, TMJ/jaw pain, and voice issues. Importantly, Susanna ensures that her holistic approach addresses each client’s unique needs.
Finally, Susanna is registered as a physiotherapist in both Australia and Singapore, where she was born. This further highlights her global perspective and expertise
Sha-May graduated from Curtin University in 2019. Since then, she has worked in Perth, and also regional WA, thereby broadening her expertise significantly.
For example, she has experience treating patients in hospitals, communities, disability settings, and private clinics, believing in holistic care for everyone.
In short Sha-May enjoys treating musculoskeletal injuries and pain using soft tissue techniques, dry needling, and exercise rehab. She’s passionate about helping people reach their health goals and exploring the connection between physical and mental health.
Freya, is from New Zealand, and moved to Newman not only for a significant lifestyle change, but to broaden her professional experience.
She graduated from the University of Otago in 2018, and gained experience in sports-based private practice in Christchurch and a hospital setting.
Additionally, her practice includes hands-on treatments, dry needling, and women’s health.
Furthermore, Freya is energetic and welcoming. She consistently enjoys creating a positive environment for her patients. She treats a wide range of conditions, and most importantly, helping people understand ‘the why’
Since becoming a physiotherapist in 2019, Josh has treated a wide range of clients with musculoskeletal injuries and pain. Moreover, his extensive experience allows him to provide personalized treatments that not only address each client’s unique needs but also deliver effective results.
To summarise he uses a range of hands-on techniques, dry needling, and exercise rehabilitation to ensure that clients’ pain not only resolves but also doesn’t return in the future. In addition, over the course of his career, he has regularly collaborated with surgeons, doctors, and personal trainers in order to help clients achieve their health goals. As a result, his approach is comprehensive and focused on long-term well-being.
Katelyn graduated from Curtin University in 2022 with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy, and since then, she has gained clinical experience in both Perth and rural areas, which has allowed her to develop a well-rounded skill set.
Furthermore, she holds a Bachelor of Health and Exercise Science from the University of Western Australia (UWA) and has also worked in gym and sports-based settings, further enhancing her expertise in fitness and rehabilitation
Importantly, having grown up in a rural area, Katelyn is passionate about providing quality healthcare to rural communities. Furthermore, she understands the unique challenges individuals face in accessing care.
Katelyn enjoys treating a wide range of conditions across all ages, using a holistic approach to help individuals bridge the gap between pain, rehabilitation, and returning to their favorite activities.

Claire brings diverse experience from working in South Africa and the UK, specializing in preventing recurring injuries and relieving musculoskeletal pain. She holds a BSc (Hons) in Human Kinetics, Ergonomics, and Psychology and has completed various exercise and bodywork courses.
As a certified Bodywork/Massage practitioner, Claire uses fascia release techniques to target the root cause of injuries. By conducting a full-body assessment, she identifies movement restrictions and then applies fascia release accordingly.
Moreover, depending on each client’s needs, she integrates sports massage, muscle activation, cross-pattern conditioning, neural activation, as well as tailored exercises. Additionally, Claire prioritizes educating her clients on managing their conditions between sessions in order to ensure long-term results.
TJ has been a Pilates teacher for 15 years, and throughout that time, she has developed a deep love for everything related to the body, especially the importance of the core. Additionally, a few years ago, she discovered aerial arts and quickly became passionate about passing on the teachings of this unique discipline.
What’s more, TJ is a big kid at heart, which is why she loves teaching Circus Introduction to kids, as well as instructing in Silks and Lyra
Tammy brings 20 years of expertise in Healthcare Administration, overseeing all aspects of business operations and administration at the clinic. Also, she ensures efficient management of employees, hiring, training, and supervision, along with rostering, regulatory compliance, and website management. With experience in public and private healthcare systems, Tammy plays a pivotal role in streamlining operations.
Having also served as an Aged-Care Assistant in Nursing during the COVID pandemic, Tammy’s diverse background brings a comprehensive approach to healthcare administration.
