Susanna

Founder, Director, and Physiotherapist All Clinics

Susanna has been a qualified physiotherapist for over 10 years and is passionate about improving health and wellness in regional communities. She provides personalised firm hands-on physiotherapy, dry needling, and exercise rehabilitation to support clients toward better health and long-term recovery. With advanced training in Women’s Health, Voice Physiotherapy, and Clinical Pilates, she delivers a holistic and personalised approach to care.

Susanna is also a certified Resilience Coach, integrating emotional wellbeing into treatment to support both body and mind. She has a strong interest in holistic health care for treating neck and back pain, TMJ dysfunction, and voice issues such as vocal strain and hoarseness, as well as supporting women through pelvic health and pre/post-natal care. Originally from Singapore, Susanna brings a global perspective and deep cultural sensitivity to her practice.

Sha-May

Physiotherapist and Clinical Manager

Graduating from Curtin University in 2019, Sha-May has worked across hospitals, community health, disability services, and private clinics throughout Perth and regional WA. She offers a holistic, hands-on physiotherapy and specialises in musculoskeletal pain, using firm pressure, soft tissue therapy, dry needling, and exercise rehabilitation.

Sha-May takes an empathetic, whole-person approach, recognising the connection between physical and mental health. Whether recovering from injury or managing chronic pain, she provides tailored support to help clients achieve their individual health goals.

Freya

Physiotherapist Newman

Freya, originally from New Zealand, graduated from the University of Otago in 2018 and brings a wealth of experience from both sports-based private practice and hospital settings. She uses hands-on physiotherapy, manual therapy, dry needling, and exercise rehabilitation to support recovery and long-term wellness.

Freya has also completed additional training in Women’s Health Physiotherapy, allowing her to care for pelvic health, prenatal, and postnatal conditions. Known for her energetic and welcoming approach, she empowers clients through education and a holistic focus on movement and function.

Josh

Physiotherapist Mount Pleasant

Josh has been treating musculoskeletal conditions, chronic pain, and post-surgical recovery since becoming a physiotherapist in 2019. He blends firm hands-on techniques, dry needling, and tailored exercise rehabilitation to help clients reduce pain and improve long-term function.

With a strong interest in prevention and recovery, Josh collaborates with surgeons, GPs, and trainers to offer holistic, goal-oriented care. His focus is on getting clients back to doing what they love—whether that’s sport, work, or everyday life.

Katelyn

Physiotherapist Wongan Hills and Koorda

Katelyn graduated from Curtin University in 2022 with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy and holds a Bachelor of Health and Exercise Science from UWA. She has worked across metro and rural WA, gaining a deep appreciation for the unique needs of regional communities.

Katelyn treats a wide range of musculoskeletal issues using hands-on treatment, firm deep tissue techniques, dry needling, and individualised rehab plans. With a holistic and compassionate approach, she helps clients bridge the gap from pain to performance and return to the activities they love.

Daisy

Physiotherapist Perth and Wheatbelt

Daisy is a UK-trained physiotherapist with a background in Sport and Exercise Science. After completing her Master’s in Physiotherapy, she worked in the NHS before joining a leading sports rehab clinic in Auckland. She delivers firm hands-on therapy, dry needling, and targeted rehabilitation for musculoskeletal injuries, post-operative recovery, and chronic pain.

After completing her Master’s in Physiotherapy, Daisy began her career in the UK’s National Health Service before moving to a leading sports rehab clinic in Auckland. There, she treated a wide range of post-operative injuries—including complex ACL cases—helping patients regain movement and strength.

Daisy’s holistic treatment style focuses on addressing the root cause of symptoms to support long-term results. With experience across hospital, gym, and private clinic settings, she offers a practical, progressive, and client-centred approach.

Claire

Bodywork/Massage Therapist

Claire brings diverse experience from working in South Africa and the UK, specializing in preventing recurring injuries and relieving musculoskeletal pain. She holds a BSc (Hons) in Human Kinetics, Ergonomics, and Psychology and has completed various exercise and bodywork courses.

As a certified Bodywork/Massage practitioner, Claire uses fascia release techniques to target the root cause of injuries. By conducting a full-body assessment, she identifies movement restrictions and then applies fascia release accordingly.

Moreover, depending on each client’s needs, she integrates sports massage, muscle activation, cross-pattern conditioning, neural activation, as well as tailored exercises. Additionally, Claire prioritizes educating her clients on managing their conditions between sessions in order to ensure long-term results.

TJ

Pilates Instructor

TJ has been a Pilates teacher for 15 years, and throughout that time, she has developed a deep love for everything related to the body, especially the importance of the core. Additionally,  a few years ago, she discovered aerial arts and quickly became passionate about passing on the teachings of this unique discipline. 

What’s more, TJ is a big kid at heart, which is why she loves teaching Circus Introduction to kids, as well as instructing in Silks and Lyra

Tammy

Practice Manager

Tammy brings 20 years of expertise in Healthcare Administration, overseeing all aspects of business operations and administration at the clinic. Also, she ensures efficient management of employees, hiring, training, and supervision, along with rostering, regulatory compliance, and website management. With experience in public and private healthcare systems, Tammy plays a pivotal role in streamlining operations. 

Having also served as an Aged-Care Assistant in Nursing during the COVID pandemic, Tammy’s diverse background brings a comprehensive approach to healthcare administration.
