Tweak Health Physio & Wellness was founded by Physiotherapist Susanna Tan in 2018. From its Perth beginnings, the practice has grown to support clients through clinics in Mount Pleasant, Belmont, Newman, Wongan Hills and Koorda.
Our team brings together Physiotherapy, wellness services and practice support. Each team member works within their role, training and professional scope.

Founder of Tweak Health
Susanna founded Tweak Health in 2018 after graduating from Curtin University with a Bachelor of Science in Physiotherapy in 2009. She provides hands-on Physiotherapy, dry needling and exercise rehabilitation, with an emphasis on clear explanations and practical next steps.
She has completed further training in Women’s and pelvic health and Vocal Physiotherapy. Her Clinical Interests also include jaw pain and TMJ presentations, neck and back pain, headaches and physical factors that may contribute to voice strain.
Originally from Singapore, Susanna brings a calm, culturally aware and step-by-step approach to her work.
Clinical leadership and practice operations support consistent care, staffing and administration across all five Tweak Health locations.
Sha-May supports a broad range of musculoskeletal presentations. Her appointments may combine hands-on Physiotherapy, dry needling and exercise rehabilitation following an individual assessment.
She has a particular interest in neck and back pain associated with desk work, repetitive workloads and persistent musculoskeletal concerns. Plans are structured around the person’s work and daily routine.
Tammy oversees business operations and administration across Tweak Health’s five clinics. She coordinates rostering, recruitment and onboarding, staff support, practice systems, funding and administrative workflows, regulatory and operational compliance, and website administration. Her role helps maintain consistent processes across Tweak Health’s Perth and Regional locations.
With more than 20 years of healthcare administration experience across public and private healthcare systems, Tammy brings a practical understanding of clinic operations, client service and team coordination. She has also worked as an assistant in nursing in aged care during the COVID-19 period, providing additional experience in direct care environments.
Alongside Susanna and Sha-May, our Physiotherapists provide care across Tweak Health’s Perth and regional WA clinics. Every Tweak Health Physiotherapist is AHPRA registered and an APA member.
Katelyn supports musculoskeletal presentations using hands-on Physiotherapy, firm soft-tissue techniques, dry needling and individualised rehabilitation.
She has a strong interest in helping active people return to training, including martial arts, combat sports and gym-based strength training. She also assesses dizziness and vertigo presentations where Physiotherapy is appropriate.
Katelyn values rural healthcare and uses practical progressions that account for work, family and sport routines.
Daisy provides firm hands-on Physiotherapy, dry needling and targeted rehabilitation for musculoskeletal injuries, post-operative recovery and persistent pain.
Her hospital and sports-rehabilitation experience supports her work with gym-goers, strength-training clients and people progressing through post-operative rehabilitation, including ACL rehabilitation where appropriate.
Daisy uses a practical and measured approach to treatment and progressive rehabilitation.
Eanna combines hands-on Physiotherapy, dry needling and individualised rehabilitation to support recovery, strength and physical capacity.
He has a particular interest in running and track-related injuries, hip pain and strength-focused rehabilitation. He regularly works with people returning to sport, structured training and higher-level physical activity.
Eanna uses practical movement cues and clear exercise progressions within his rehabilitation planning.
These services are distinct from Physiotherapy and are delivered within each team member’s stated role and training.
Claire provides Bodywork and Fascia Release sessions, drawing on movement observation, fascia-release techniques and sports massage-style approaches where suitable.
Her background includes a BSc (Hons) in Human Kinetics together with studies in ergonomics and psychology. Sessions may also consider breathing, movement habits, daily loads and areas of restriction.
TJ provides Pilates-based sessions with a focus on movement control, breathing and core strength. Sessions are adapted to support confidence, coordination and progressive movement.
She brings approximately 15 years of Pilates teaching experience, together with an aerial-arts background.
TJ brings a calm and encouraging style to her structured Pilates sessions.
Our reception and administration team helps coordinate appointments and clinic communication across Tweak Health’s locations.
Heather supports appointment coordination across all clinics and Reception for Tweak Health’s Wongan Hills and Koorda clinics.
Tweak Health’s Physiotherapists are registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency and are members of the Australian Physiotherapy Association.
