How we work

At Tweak Health Physio and Wellness, our approach is Personalised Hands-On Physio with a Holistic Approach. Importantly, that means we look at the full picture — symptoms, movement patterns, daily load and the factors that may be contributing.

Understandably because every person’s situation is different, we start with a clear assessment and then build a plan that suits your goals and schedule. In addition, where appropriate, hands-on treatment can be combined with exercises and practical strategies for day-to-day movement.

Ultimately, we want you to feel informed and supported throughout the process. Therefore, you can expect clear explanations, a practical plan, and a clinic environment where questions are welcome.

The people behind your care

Tweak Health Physio is built around clear clinical reasoning, hands-on treatment where appropriate, and a practical rehabilitation plan you can follow. Across metro and regional clinics, our team works to keep your care consistent — from first assessment through to next steps.

Whether you’re attending in Mount Pleasant, Belmont, Newman, Wongan Hills or Koorda, you’ll be supported with straightforward explanations and a plan that fits your day-to-day demands.

  • Evidence-informed care
  • Hands-on treatment (when suitable)
  • Tailored rehab planning
If hands-on treatment is suitable, it may be combined with tailored exercises and simple strategies to support day-to-day movement and comfort.
